By creating an account or using Thoughts, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Thoughts after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Thoughts. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information. Using false information or creating fake profiles is strictly prohibited.

You must be legally single, divorced, or widowed to use the Dating and Marriage modes. Married individuals seeking extramarital connections are not permitted on the platform.

All users are required to verify their identity with a valid government-issued photo ID. Unverified accounts have limited platform access.

ID verification is used solely to confirm your identity and age. Your ID documents are encrypted, stored securely, and are never shared with other users or third parties.

Providing fraudulent or another person's ID will result in immediate and permanent account termination.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. Thoughts is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized access.

You may only maintain one active account. Duplicate accounts will be removed.

Thoughts is committed to providing a safe environment for all users. You agree to treat all members with respect and dignity.

The following are strictly prohibited: catfishing or misrepresenting your identity, harassment or stalking, sending unsolicited explicit content, threats or intimidation, hate speech based on religion, caste, race, or gender, soliciting money or financial information, and promoting commercial services.

If you choose to meet someone in person, we strongly recommend meeting in public places, informing a trusted person of your plans, and not sharing your home address until you have established trust.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these guidelines, without prior notice or refund.

All profile photos must be recent (within the last 1 year), clearly show your face, and must be of you only. Group photos, celebrity images, and heavily filtered photos may be removed.

You retain ownership of content you upload but grant Thoughts a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use it for providing our services (e.g., showing your profile to potential matches).

Explicit, obscene, or sexually suggestive content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

All interactions on Thoughts must be consensual. If someone declines your interest or blocks you, you must respect their decision. Repeated unwanted contact is considered harassment.

We may monitor messages for safety purposes, including detecting scam patterns, abuse, and sharing of explicit content. This monitoring is automated and aims to protect all users.

You consent to receiving important service communications via email and push notifications. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

Thoughts uses AI algorithms to suggest matches based on your preferences, behavior, and compatibility factors. We do not guarantee compatibility, relationship outcomes, or that matches will be available.

Match suggestions are recommendations only. You are solely responsible for your decisions to interact with or meet other users.

Certain features may require paid subscriptions. Pricing, features, and billing cycles will be clearly disclosed before purchase.

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Auto-renewal may be cancelled at any time before the next billing period.

All content, design, and technology on Thoughts is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without written permission.

Thoughts is provided 'as is' without warranties. We are not responsible for the actions, conduct, or safety of other users.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thoughts shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

You acknowledge that meeting people online carries inherent risks and agree to exercise caution and good judgment in all interactions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
